ethical AI training + strategy
Lighten Your Mental Load. Protect Your Credibility. Stay Human.
You’re already doing the work. But it shouldn’t feel this heavy.
You’re running a business, an organization, or a community built on purpose. You’re managing clients, projects, deadlines, and all the invisible labour that keeps things moving. Some days it feels like you’re holding every role at once while trying to protect the mission.
You’ve dabbled with AI. A prompt here, a tool there. But most of what you’ve tried feels generic, loud, or disconnected from how real people and values-led teams actually work.
The risk isn't just sounding flat; it's eroding the credibility you’ve spent years building.
If you want clarity, time back, and systems that lighten the load instead of adding to it, you’re in the right place.
What if AI actually made your work easier?
Most AI advice is overwhelming, overhyped, or completely misaligned with how real people run businesses, non-profits, and community-driven teams.
I’m not here to turn you into a tech expert.
I’m here to teach ethical, human-first tools that support the way you already operate.
Here’s what I help with:
→ Establishing Ethical Guardrails
→ Clearer messaging with less mental load
→ Building consistency, even on chaotic weeks
→ Using AI to support your voice, not flatten it
→ Growing with more space and less strain
No overwhelm. No pressure.
Just practical systems that give you more time for what matters.
Hi, I’m Elaine
I teach ethical, human-first AI skills to women who want to grow their business without burning out or selling out.
A few years ago, my husband came home from the Microsoft Build Conference and said,
“If you don’t start using AI every day, we can’t stay married.”
Naturally, I ignored him for a year.
Then a major contract ended, and I had to move quickly. AI helped me rebuild my footing, my systems, and my capacity. It changed how I work.
Now I teach these skills to entrepreneurs, small teams, non profits, and coaching communities who are doing meaningful work with limited capacity.
Most aren’t trying to become “AI people.”
They just want time back, clearer communication, and fewer bottlenecks.
I get it. I’m a business owner, a parent, and someone who builds systems around real life, not fantasy schedules.
Let’s make the work feel lighter
If your team or community wants to explore how AI can save hours each week, ease the mental load, and support the humans doing the work, I can help.
We start with a simple conversation. No jargon. No pressure.
Just an honest look at how things run now and where AI can make the workflow smoother, safer, and more sustainable.
Bring the questions that keep coming up. Bring the friction points you’re tired of managing. Bring the long list of tasks that get in the way of the work that actually matters.
We’ll figure out what’s possible, what’s practical, and what your team can ignore.
Let’s protect your credibility and lighten your mental load.

1:1 coaching is priced per month. Corporate training and speaking are scoped and quoted based on format, length, and preparation required. I’m transparent about ranges once we’ve talked.
-
That’s common. You don’t need to arrive with the answer. A short conversation usually makes it clear whether 1:1 coaching, training, or something else makes sense.
